We agree with you up front what information the AI is allowed to see and what it can do, and design the system around those rules. Sensitive actions need a person’s approval, and activity is logged. We’ll explain plainly where your data goes and how the AI provider handles it before anything is built.
AI models can produce confident but wrong answers. We reduce that by having the AI answer from your own documents and data, show its sources, and hand over to a person when it isn’t sure. For anything important, a person stays in the loop.
There are two parts: building the feature, which we quote against a clear scope after a prototype, and running it, which is mostly usage-based fees from the AI provider. We estimate running costs during the prototype, so there are no surprises.
